Good place to stay for a small family with basic amenities

The rooms are small and not suitable for family trips. They claim to offer free parking, but it's actually on the street in front, where your car can be towed anytime. The manager, Sharma, seems completely unaware and uninterested in guest concerns. We got locked out of our room several times with our luggage inside, and the staff nonchalantly climbed through the window to let us in, even advising us to leave the window unlocked at all times just in case. There was a power outage all day, which the staff knew about beforehand, yet they still accepted our booking. Managing in the heat with a small child was very tough. This was the worst experience we've had while traveling. It was so bad that we wanted to leave early in the morning, but even that was problematic because someone blocked our car, and neither the owner nor the manager cared, despite being informed the night before. What a complete failure!

There was no light for the whole day. The manager , staff were all aware of the scheduled electricity cuts , still accepted the booking. We were locked out of our room multiple times,with our luggage inside. The manager (Sharma) was least bothered with the concerns raised .This was the worst stay /hotel that we ever experienced.

I stayed at B&B Shimla with my family and had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The staff was very helpful. I strongly recommend it for families!
