Crossroads Shimla ( Near Mall Road)

Stay at Crossroads was good, I requested for checking out late, as there were no bookings , so I was given time upto 1 pm, that was really good, crossroads give in-house made breakfast, which was good too, and it is almost on the mall road, so great location, clean hotel and nice rooms

It was a budget option for us. But overall experience was good with the staff and the place. However I'd request them to provide cleaner linens and blankets. But overall experience was great at this price 😃

I am very upset with the hotel's management and their policies. We had to cancel our stay at the last moment because my child suddenly developed a high fever and was too sick to travel. While I know hotels have set cancellation rules, medical emergencies with children should be met with some compassion and flexibility. I contacted the owner right away, explained everything, and even offered to provide proof, but they refused to give a refund or even a partial credit or reschedule. It's very frustrating to lose money due to an unavoidable health issue. This experience made me feel the management cares only about money, not their guests' well-being. If you're traveling with family and want a place that shows hospitality and understanding, I suggest booking somewhere else. I will definitely not use their services again.

The rooms were nice, but the service was poor since we placed our order at 8:00pm and it only arrived at 9:30pm despite calling three times. Otherwise, the hotel is good.
