A Royal Heritage Stay in the Heart of Shimla - Highly Recommended!Had a wonderful 2-day stay at Woodsvilla Palace, Shimla. It's a beautifully maintained heritage property owned by the royalty of Jubbal, and you can feel the royal charm in every corner.The property is huge, very elegant and extremely well-maintained. Our room was cozy, neat, clean and very comfortable.Location is perfect - Mall Road is just a 15-20 minute pleasant walk away.What I loved the most:1. The lush green play area for kids - perfect for families.2. The authentic heritage cafe inside the property - a MUST visit! Food is absolutely amazing.Hospitality and service are top-notch. The staff is very courteous and helpful.I would highly recommend Woodsvilla Palace for both families and couples looking for a peaceful, heritage stay in Shimla.

Had an amazing stay at Woodville Palace Shimla.. The heritage architecture peaceful surroundings, and breathtaking views make this place truly special. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, while the staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the location is perfect’close to Mall Road yet away from the hustle and bustle. I stayed at Woodville Hotel, Shimla on 09 July 2026 and had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. Their warmth and professionalism truly made the experience memorable.The breakfast spread was good and offered a nice variety. As a small suggestion for further enhancement, the hotel may consider paying a little more attention to the quality of a few items. During my stay, the chana seemed slightly undercooked, and the quality of the eggs could be improved. Addressing these minor aspects, including reviewing the egg procurement, would make the breakfast experience even better.Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly recommend Woodville Hotel to anyone visiting Shimla. I look forward to staying here again.
