My experience at Hotel Shingar, Shimla was extremely disappointing. The bedsheets provided in the room had a strong unpleasant smell, and despite repeated requests, the staff only changed them after significant follow-up. The food quality was even worse and the chicken served was rotten, which caused food poisoning and ruined our trip. Customer service was highly unprofessional. For even basic requests, we had to call multiple times (sometimes 5-10 times or more) before anyone responded or took action. The staff showed little concern for guest comfort or health issues. Overall, the hotel lacks proper hygiene standards, food safety, and customer service.
