Very Disappointing Stay

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not properly maintained. The AC was leaking water throughout the stay, making the room uncomfortable. Although we reported the issue, the staff only placed a bucket under the leak instead of fixing it. The comforter provided was also damaged and had to be replaced.The room did not match the expected standard, and the overall service was poor. We paid for a comfortable stay but did not receive the quality we were promised. I would not recommend this hotel unless the management significantly improves its maintenance and customer service.
