Outstanding service and friendly staff

I have stayed here three times now and can confidently say this hotel ranks among the best for hospitality, service, affordability, cleanliness, and food. The best part is its location, just a 5-minute walk to Mall Road and Ridge Shimla. The staff are very warm and provide excellent service. Special thanks to Mr. Sudesh ji for his kind hospitality and humble nature. This hotel is in a prime location and I am very grateful to Mr. Sudesh ji and his team for their outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work.

The rooms were nice, and the washrooms were average. The service was excellent, with staff doing everything possible to ensure our comfort. The location has two viewpoints: one is its close proximity to the Ridge, which was ideal, reachable by a short downhill walk. The other aspect is accessing the hotel, which was somewhat challenging by car. They have a sister hotel with parking on Jakhu temple road, a steep and narrow road requiring careful driving. From there, they offer pick-up and drop-off to the hotel. Overall, the experience was positive, and they even helped us reach the parking by guiding us via video call. The breakfast was also good.

The room service and the behavior of the staff were outstanding.

We reserved 3 rooms for a family trip. The standout feature of this hotel is the staff's hospitality. They ensure you are well looked after. The location is just a few minutes' walk from the ridge. For parking, you need to go through Jakhu road; the staff will fully assist you and arrange a pickup from the closest parking area. The breakfast buffet is good, and the terrace offers beautiful views. Many thanks to all the staff and the manager for their hospitality.
