We had a great stay at Raddisson Jass Shimla as the room had a great view and it was clean, fresh and had all the basic amenities. The hotel is very close to the Christ Church and the hotel provides free shuttle service. However 2 things that needs improvement is that the tap water in our basin was spilling water sometimes which we informed the front desk and they ensured it would be fitted. Another was the food taste which was average as compared to other Raddisson properties we have stayed in. Although the staff was very cordial and ensured all our needs were met. Overall, recommend this hotel as it was a good stay.
