The Grand Welcome Hotel

Talking about the restaurant, first of all I have to say that the restaurant's environment, service, people who serve there are good in every aspect. And I think they are all people who studied hotel management. Their food service and quantity are both good. The room is also quite clean and good. I had a personal driver with me and they provided them quite good service, everything they ate was good. Morning breakfast is also good. But two points are bad for them, that is, if you have a personal driver and a car, then you should go there only because the hotel is 11 km away from the mall road and it is quite a distance on the hill road. It took half the time to find our parking, due to which I could not personally see some things. And there are many among their staff who will not come even if you call them, even if they are standing in front, they will not come, they will see problem from a distance, but they will not come.

Our stay was good, view from room is amazing. Food is great as well. But activity room is closed so you can’t play snookers game, and indoor games. The staff is very friendly. Parking is sufficient.

I booked 4 rooms in this resort for my recent trip in peak season of summer vacation. Booking was through direct contact of the resort. Overall booking process was completely hassle free. We stayed for 5 nights & believe me, the experience was way way above expectations! Check in, rooms, cleanliness, service, food... everything was just perfect. It has ample parking spaces. It is located about 30-45 mins from mall road. The views from rooms are absolutely stunning as can be seen from the pics. Front desk service from Mr. Vikram & restaurant service from Mr. Sourabh & Ajay was so so good. I would highly recommend this resort for peaceful & satisfying stay in Shimla.

My stay at the hotel was truly pleasant. The rooms were well-maintained, hygienic, and comfortable. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist. The food quality was also very good. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I am visit at The The Grand Welcome Hotel Shimla for few days ago with my family and that 's such a excellent place for a good and comfortable stay. Hotel location is very nice, staff also very good and friendly and ready to everything for what will we say. Hotel has a huge area for parking. everythings is good in this hotel, specially its sunset view is amazing. Food was also delicious and tasty.
