Average stay with family. Staff improvement/training especially in restaurant needs to be improved. Also, restaurant main menu for breakfast remained same all 4 days of our stay and so got bored with it
The room was smaller and didn't match the photos, apparently there was some other "luxury room" that is in the photo. There were bugs in the room, we had booked for an extra bed (which was actually just a mattress) but we couldn't even use it because of the bugs, they cleaned the room and asked the 3 of us to sleep in the same bed and don't use the mattress (that we paid extra for)Borderline scam, only good thing is the location, very close to mall road, wouldn't recommend for 8k!
We have opt delux room with balcony, but balcony in not there in real They are making public fool
