Average stay with family. Staff improvement/training especially in restaurant needs to be improved. Also, restaurant main menu for breakfast remained same all 4 days of our stay and so got bored with it
Had a wonderful 2 night stay here. The location is the biggest highlight’very close to Mall Road with fantastic views of the city from the hotel.What makes this property even more convenient is the direct access through the hotel that leads to Kali Bari Temple in about 5 minutes. From there, you can easily reach Mall Road on foot, which saves a lot of time and effort in Shimla's hilly terrain.The breakfast and food were both very good, and the overall service was satisfactory. Considering the excellent location and easy connectivity to major attractions, this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Shimla.

No WiFi connectivity and I have complained about it but no solution after a day, even network connectivity is not working properly so this is a big problem. So choose your room wisely if you stay in this hotel.
