Hotel Victory walkable distance from Mall Road

The hotel is good only in terms of its location and room cleanliness. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment.The reception manager and staff are extremely rude, arrogant, and uncooperative. No matter what you ask for, the response is almost always a blunt “NO,” with absolutely no willingness to help or even communicate politely. The night reception manager was particularly arrogant and unpleasant.It seems they have completely forgotten that a hotel’s business depends on tourists and guests. Guests are not doing the hotel a favour by staying there, and basic courtesy, respect, and willingness to assist should be the bare minimum.Good location, clean rooms—but terrible hospitality and customer service.

there is no car parking in the hotel even you can't stop car near hotel to drop your family and hotel staff not support to you rest is great about hotel room, location food...

I recently booked this hotel room my stay for a family vacation in Shimla via Agoda. Booking type was pay at hotel. As soon as I arrived around 1pm which is check in timing as per policy we were denied the room. Basically they had already allocated the room to someone else at higher price and hotel staff front desk guy Gupta started giving us cold treatment. We got concerned and ask for the owner to come. Owners son came and started misbehaving with us. He then said you have to pay in advance to ensure booking confirmation whereas there’s no such thing mentioned not did they call us to make payment. In fact when we called them multiple times they didn’t pick up the phone. Apparently this is their modus operandi as we saw other 3-4 guest facing similar issue. They are a big FRAUD and must be avoided

Location was ok, however found cockroaches in the room. We requested to remove the cockroach from the room, the room service used room freshner to remove it.

The staff kept us waiting for the check in and in front of us gave rooms to people who were paying high amount on the spot. After a long wait they insisted us to first have a look of the room and deliberately gave us a room of lower category and said this is the only room if you don't want to take go away.Staff behaviour is horrible and very disrespectful.
