The manager varinder helped us a lot in adjusting, but overall experience and value for money is zero , the location of the hotel was very very bad never visit specially with children , the reception was non attentive , all the rooms are in range 12K + but the size of room and washroom is too small that even a 3star property provides more better bigger room and a good spacious washroom , also the breakfast was soo average that we cant even eat anything , and the restaurant prices were almost three - four times from the market that one cant go out bcz of the location and other side restaurant in hotel cant even order from inside , just giving 2 star ratings just because of the manager who helped us and cooperated with us
One of the finest hotel experiences I have ever had. From the seamless check-in to the impeccable service, every detail reflected true luxury and professionalism. Couple • Jun 2026Stayed at this property expecting the standards associated with the ITC brand, but the experience was disappointing. Despite requesting and reconfirming a twin-bed room, we were initially told none was available due to the hotel being sold out. The room was arranged only after repeated insistence.The restaurant staff appeared inexperienced and not attentive to guest requirements. The property also lacks a swimming pool, and the approach road is narrow and in poor condition.Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the ITC name.
