I recently visited Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Mashobra and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was truly amazing ’ every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor.A special thanks to Chef Tarun for curating such a delightful culinary experience. His attention to detail and passion clearly reflect in the food.The service was equally impressive. Rohit, Ankit, and Atul were extremely courteous, attentive, and ensured everything was perfect throughout. Their warm hospitality made the experience even more memorable.Having worked in this property earlier, it felt so special to return as a guest and feel so genuinely welcomed. It was like coming back home.Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

I had an excellent stay at this property. From arrival to departure, the hospitality was outstanding. The front desk team handled check-in professionally and ensured all my requirements were addressed promptly.The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was hygienic, and all amenities functioned perfectly. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere.The hotel’s location is ideal, with convenient connectivity and nearby dining options. The breakfast service was well-organized with good quality food.I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to others looking for comfort, cleanliness, and professional service.

Once inside the room, we were greeted by a stunning view of the valley, complemented by a lovely balcony’perfect for sitting back and unwinding amidst nature.The staff truly deserves special mention. Words fall short of describing the exemplary teamwork and genuine hospitality they offered. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Vaibhav, Ravinder, Vijay, and Symra, who personally ensured our comfort and consistently went above and beyond with their kindness and care. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive housekeeping staff and the excellent culinary team, every member made us feel not like guests, but like family. While the property itself is breathtaking, it is the people who made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you for such a heartfelt experience’we will cherish it always.The only aspect worth noting is that the food pricing is on the higher side, with the buffet costing ’2000 plus taxes per person. That said, dining at the hotel’s restaurant, WelcomCafe Cedar, was a highlight. The buffet breakfast offered a generous spread of both continental and Indian options and was thoroughly enjoyable.Highly recommended for anyone visiting the region and looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.Note: The hotel is not located in central Shimla but in Mashobra II, about 15 km away. This quaint location is even more beautiful, with fewer crowds, less congestion, and a more serene environment compared to Shimla city.

Relax and unwind!We received a warm welcome with the traditional Himachali topi and a welcome drink’and the staff were genuinely pleasant and friendly throughout our stay. Special mention to Narendra, Rohit, and the lovely lady at reception who helped us with both check-in and check-out; their hospitality really stood out.The in-room dining was as delicious as you’d expect from ITC. They also offer plenty of activities to keep you entertained, along with a dedicated kids’ play area.If you’re looking to enjoy nature with great hospitality, I’d definitely recommend staying here instead of the usual crowded tourist spots.
