Behavior Policy:We value our team members and consider them part of our family. We strongly discourage inappropriate language or behavior by guests while engaging with our team. For any objections, guests may connect with our operations manager or write to the management directly.
Check-In and Check-Out Timings:Standard check-in time is 1400 hrs, and check-out time is 1200 hrs. Late check-out or early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Please be advised: If you are coming with a driver, we can provide meals at minimum charges in the staff cafeteria. However, we do not have arrangements to accommodate them inside our premises.
Policy Adherence:If guests do not adhere to the property policies, management reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the apartment, irrespective of the time.
Apartment Facilities:Our service apartments are fully equipped with all amenities and equipment for your use during your stay (except washing machines, dishwashers, and gas stoves). We request all guests to be careful while using these facilities and to respect the owner’s property.
Club House Amenities:Our Club House amenities, i.e., Gym, 8-ball pool, Movie Theater, etc., are chargeable services and need to be booked prior at the front desk. The swimming pool is accessible to The Manor’s Residents only. Proper attire must be worn while accessing the Club, i.e., no shorts, slippers, or night suits, etc.
Damage and Smoking Policy:For any breakage, damage, or shortfall of items, the management will charge the damages directly to the guest’s account, which must be settled before checkout. Smoking hookah is prohibited in the apartments due to the fire hazard it poses to our residents’ apartments.
Housekeeping Services:Our housekeeping team provides daily cleaning of apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen facilities. Additional cleaning services outside the regular schedule are available for a fee.
Laundry Policy:We encourage all guests to use our laundry facility. Using washing machines or hand washing clothes in the apartments is not permitted.
Male Guest Policy:We do not allow male guests in our property. However, if the booking was made in unawareness, the guest will be asked to keep a security deposit of INR 10,000/- at the time of check-in. This amount can be refunded or adjusted in the final invoice during checkout.
Noise Policy:We respect the privacy and convenience of all our guests and residents of the villages. Therefore, no loud music is allowed on the premises at any time. While in the room, music and conversations must not be intrusive to other guests.
Photo ID Requirement:Guests are required to provide photo ID proof for all members of the traveling group at the time of confirming reservations over email.
Shuttle Service:We provide complimentary to-and-fro shuttle service during breakfast and dinner hours to our restaurant. Outside these hours, shuttle services will be chargeable. Guests are requested to park their vehicles in the assigned parking area only.
Standard Check-in and Check-out timings are 14:00 hrs and 11:00 hrs respectively. Any late check-out or early check-in is subject to availability and prior information to Front Desk Team.
Valuables:Guests are responsible for keeping all their valuable items safe. ‘The Manor’ team will not be responsible for any missing goods or valuables.
We encourage people who want to live amidst the Silence of Nature.Loud noise, loud music, parties are things that we do not encourage within our property.
Air conditioning is not available at this property except for Premium Apartment.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
