The Manor Luxury Apartments

We spent three days at this apartment and had an amazing time, largely due to its location and the view. The apartment provided a breathtaking panorama of the hills — starting each day with that sight was definitely the best part of our trip. The staff were very thoughtful during our stay, adding to the comfort. All in all, it's a wonderful spot to unwind and take in the natural beauty of Naldehra. I would certainly suggest it to anyone wanting a picturesque hill retreat.

This was the worst experience ever. The property had many problems, and it really felt like we were tricked into booking it. It claims to be a hotel but is more like a clubhouse for a nearby residential area. The clubhouse has only seven rooms and was supposed to have the Stable Bar, a cigar room, and a restaurant. However, both the bar and cigar room were completely closed, looking like they never even opened. The restaurant, Bohca Mario, which is the only dining option for guests, served very bad food and had poor service. The staff seemed to focus more on residents and walk-in customers than on guests. The place lacked basic hotel features like 24-hour room service and landline phones in the rooms. Getting in touch with staff was hard because we had to use weak mobile signals, and even then, the staff was slow and unhelpful, needing many reminders. Since the property promotes itself as a wellness spot, we expected the wellness facilities to work, but the spa jacuzzi was broken, the cold bath was closed, and the salon was shut. We also had to wait almost two hours past check-in time to get our room. Overall, the property felt misleading and badly maintained. Although it has five floors, only two seemed usable, and those were in poor condition. Once we saw the real state of the place, we didn’t want to stay any longer. The only good thing was the Junior Suite, which was clean and comfortable. We tried contacting the reservation office in Okhla but got no reply. Think carefully before spending money here; it’s not worth it.

A wonderful spot for a family vacation

The Manor Luxury Apartments rank among the best places we've stayed at in India, exuding both luxury and elegance. While many luxury hotels try to make you feel like a VIP, at The Manor, the premium ambiance is evident even without special treatment due to its surroundings. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. Building a luxury property is one thing, but keeping it as pristine as when it was first built is another, and The Manor succeeds in maintaining a neat appearance throughout. Their restaurant, Boka Mario, is just average despite being promoted as exceptional, likely because there is only one other competitor nearby. One downside was their undisclosed policy regarding clubhouse and amenity usage. The property doesn't clearly inform guests that there are extra charges for using facilities like the indoor pool and tennis table. These fees are quite high, and guests sometimes feel misled for not being informed beforehand. Paying a premium for a luxury stay but then having to pay extra to enjoy amenities is disappointing. Overall, this place is ideal for those who want to appreciate the views and the property itself. If you wish to use all the facilities offered, be prepared to pay additional fees.

The Manor Luxury Apartments are one of the finest stays we have ever visited in India. It reeks luxury as well as class. Most of the luxury hotels make sure that you feel you are their premium customers but at manor even without any special treatment you feel premium because of the surroundings. We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment. Making a luxury property is one thing but maintaining it the way it was built yesterday is another. The Manor makes sure everything looks neat.Their restaurant Boka Mario is average, even though they market it as an amazing restaurant, probably because there is only one more restaurant in their competition nearby. Talking about what went wrong was their hidden condition on using their club house/ammenities. The property does not highlight that it charges extra from its customers for using the ammenities. Everything has a price. From using their indoor swimming pool, to using their tennis table and what not. Prices are on the higher side, and the customers sometimes feel cheated for not being told about this before. Coming to a luxury stay by paying a premium and realising that you will still have to pay more to enjoy is not acceptable.Overall, this property is definitely for people who would just want to enjoy the views and property. If you want to enjoy all other facilities being offered by the property then you should be ready to pay more.
