Although it is a remote location but great view of mountains from every apt. Staff is very courteous and always very helpful. Chef can also prepare home cooked meals. Very relaxing vacation.
We spent three days at this apartment and had an amazing time, largely due to its location and the view. The apartment provided a breathtaking panorama of the hills — starting each day with that sight was definitely the best part of our trip. The staff were very thoughtful during our stay, adding to the comfort. All in all, it's a wonderful spot to unwind and take in the natural beauty of Naldehra. I would certainly suggest it to anyone wanting a picturesque hill retreat.

Couple • Jul 2026WORST EVERThere were numerous issues with the property, and it genuinely felt as though we had been misled into booking it.To begin with, the property presents itself as a hotel, whereas in reality it appears to be little more than a clubhouse serving a surrounding residential complex. The clubhouse itself has only seven rooms and was advertised as featuring the Stable Bar, a cigar room, and a restaurant. However, to our surprise, both the bar and the cigar room were completely shut, to the extent that they appeared never to have been operational.The so-called restaurant, Bohca Mario, which is portrayed as the dining facility for clubhouse guests, offered extremely poor food and service. Despite being the only available restaurant and in-room dining option for guests staying at the clubhouse, the staff seemed more interested in catering to residents of the surrounding apartments and walk-in customers.Further, it was shocking to find that the property lacked even basic hotel amenities such as 24-hour room service and fixed-line telephones in the rooms. Contacting the staff was a constant challenge, as we had to rely on mobile networks, which were already very weak in the area. Even when contacted, the staff was lethargic and unresponsive, often requiring multiple reminders for basic requests.Given that the property markets itself as a wellness destination, one would reasonably expect its wellness facilities to be fully functional. Unfortunately, the spa jacuzzi was not operational, the cold bath was unavailable, and the salon was also closed. To make matters worse, we were made to wait almost two hours beyond the standard check-in time before being given access to our room.Overall, the property felt deceptive and grossly misrepresented. Although the building has five floors, only two appeared to be functional, and even those were poorly maintained. The moment we realised the true state of the property, it became clear that we did not wish to spend any more time there.The only positive aspect of our stay was the Junior Suite, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.Tried contacting the reservation staff at their central office in Okhla but got no response whatsoever.Think twice before burning your money here. Not worth a single penny.
