Hi friends first of all don't book this hotel because all staffs are behaving like goons this property is situated in hill reaching by staircase when I reached near hotel location no one pick phone for expect location I ll maage and reached there alone without my family because i have luggage Think I take staff with me for show the connecting stair he comes with me but not take my luggage upto hotel room same happens when I check out too Manager iscpresent there in reception but he not talk to me he behave very rudely The owner of property is sardar jee I see him at night but he also not respond to me when I smile to him No humanity no manner totally unprofessional human are there I suggetion from my side to property owner that change the staffs specially manager and lead young worker for futureAnd for travelers don't waste your money to book this hotel it's small room and ride staffs u have so many options when u reach shimla near old bus stand to 200 MTR area thanks to all kindly update all members about your spent was how So that all are aware
