Disappointing Experience

My stay at this hotel was unsatisfactory. Most rooms lack any nice views, and the staff was neither friendly nor attentive. Even though rooms were available, the hotel seemed hesitant to assign them quickly, causing unnecessary hassle. I also recommend checking prices carefully before booking through online travel sites. In my case, the online rates were higher than those offered directly by the hotel, and the booking site's customer service was unhelpful. Furthermore, the staff appeared more focused on their phones than on serving guests, leading to poor service. After this experience, I would rather book directly with hotels than use online platforms.
