The service was bad and the staff were unprofessional and careless. I ordered paratha for breakfast, and the server brought it like this (see picture). How can anyone eat without a plate? This is very unprofessional and ridiculous. Also, look at the tray; it is extremely dirty, as if it hasn't been washed for ages.

I really enjoyed my stay here; it was peaceful and pleasant throughout. The location is easily accessible with good parking, and the food was excellent. I recommend this place for anyone visiting Shimla.
