Hail Himalayas

This is an amazing place, with serene environment, highly hospitable staff and a peaceful non commercial vibe to it. The staff is extremely warm and helpful, just what everyone wants..There are ample of activities lined up in the evening, with ziplining as the main attraction. You can enjoy bonfire and outdoor music and dance as well. Thankurji has done an excellent job to preserve the ecosystem . Personally I highly recommend this place for a comfortable family stay along with kids.

This place is wonderful, offering a tranquil setting, very welcoming staff, and a calm, non-commercial atmosphere. The team is very friendly and supportive, exactly what one hopes for. Evenings are filled with plenty of activities, with ziplining being the highlight. Guests can also enjoy a bonfire along with outdoor music and dancing. Thankurji has done a great job in protecting the environment. I personally strongly suggest this spot for a cozy family stay, especially with children.

My stay at Hail Himalaya was very disappointing. The view was not as expected, there was no room service except for self-service, and no activities were organized during our visit. The staff behaved rudely and were not helpful. The food quality was very poor, and the buffet was served cold. Overall, it did not justify the cost and I would not suggest it.

इस रिज़ॉर्ट में मेरा ठहराव बहुत ही निराशाजनक रहा। सबसे बड़ी समस्या यह थी कि यहाँ से पहाड़ों का कोई सुंदर दृश्य नहीं दिखता, केवल रिज़ॉर्ट के टेंट ही सामने नजर आते हैं। रिज़ॉर्ट पहाड़ की चोटी पर नहीं, बल्कि लगभग 500 मीटर नीचे है, इसलिए प्राकृतिक दृश्य का आनंद नहीं मिल पाता। इसके अलावा, रात का खाना और नाश्ता दोनों खराब गुणवत्ता के थे, रूम सर्विस बिल्कुल नहीं थी, स्टाफ का व्यवहार भी अच्छा नहीं था, और टॉयलेट में फ्लश के लिए पानी तक उपलब्ध नहीं था, जिससे बहुत असुविधा हुई। मेरे अनुभव के आधार पर मैं इस रिज़ॉर्ट की कोई सिफारिश नहीं करता। मेरी रेटिंग: 0/5 स्टार।

I visited the Hill Himalayas resort with my family; my parents and the entire extended family, including the children, were with us. We all enjoyed it immensely. It is situated amidst the mountains, and while the experience is wonderful, one should keep in mind that only the essentials are typically available in such mountainous locations’so it is best to plan your stay with that expectation. Overall, it is a great place; the staff makes every effort to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The food was excellent, and we really enjoyed the bonfire and other activities.
