Maple Resort Chail

Pleasantly surprised by this well-maintained and beautifully green resort.Chail is refreshingly different from the more commercialized hill stations like Shimla or Manali ’ it remains serene, lush, and perfect for those looking to relax amidst pine forests and cool mountain air.Coming to the resort, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The property is located about 8 km from Chail town ’ which, frankly, can be skipped, as there’s little to see apart from a few shops on the so-called mall road.I would recommend booking this resort with meals included, as the nearest food joint is nearly 5 km away. Speaking of food, my compliments to the chef ’ the menu isn’t extravagant but every dish we tried was delicious and satisfying.One suggestion: do make prior arrangements for your driver’s meals, as food options nearby are limited.The staff is courteous and always eager to help. Evenings are made delightful with light music and a cozy bonfire, adding to the relaxed atmosphere.Overall, a great choice if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy nature in peace.

Hi, so I really didn't think I will write a review. But seeing how the management tackled the issue, I think it is needed.My main issue was with security, we stayed here for 3 nights. And we realised that whenever we have given are keys for cleaning/house keeping all Our personal stuff has been touched and opened. We were sure after we left the perfumes and sunglasses(inside a case) and a few other things a certain way. And when we returned it was more than evident tart everything was opened, as in sunglasses were broken the perfumes weren't closed properly as they needed a slight different tugg etc these particular incidents have left a sour taste in my mouth. When we realised this and brought up this issue to the manager, he dismissed it in a very nonchalant manner, Which was very dishearting. This more than anything is the reason for leaving a review.I really cant recommended this place for a stya.So over all the stay is comfortable but since they are charging 8-9 k per room they rooms are not justified at all. There are far better properties in lesser price range. There rooms are at max 4000/night worth. The carpets have burn holes. The washroom curtains have molds.The only good thing about this place is the food. You can please come here to the restaurant for a fabulous meal but this place is not recommended for staying.

The location is truly scenic’surrounded by serene mountains and lush greenery, it's the perfect escape from city life.The staff were incredibly well-behaved, courteous, and always ready to help, making our stay even more comfortable. The food deserves a special mention’every meal was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared.The property exceeded expectations in every category: cleanliness, hospitality, food, and ambiance. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and refreshing stay in Himachal. Will definitely be returning!

I have been to the property multiple times. A convenient and beautiful 6 hour drive from delhi, great place for a weekend getaway. The hospitality and food is amazing. A peaceful place to visit with friends and family, spending time with nature and going to hikes nearby.In winters they have bonfire for everyone to sit together and enjoy the evening.Highly recommended.Feels like home.

Booked a executive room at the hotel and I have absolutely no regrets. The rooms were spacious and the balcony even more so , but where you'll spend most of your time is the outside. So much comfortable seating . Exactly how discribed . The meals were great and they would make anything as long as you asked . Overall the staff made you fell special and it was a amazing experience ’’.
