The hotel should call and convey that car can't be reachable to the hotel as its restricted area for regular vehicle. Secondly if car is not reachable then they should provide porter facility at their own cost. Why customer has to ay additional cost?

Location is bang on the mall road, easily accessible. Have their own private lift for access. Meagre 50m from multi level parking and room with valley view are extremely spacious. Stayed here on two occasions and would highly recommend.

One of the best place to stay in Shimla near mall road

It's very near to the HPTDC lift and Combemere hotel. Although there were some road work ongoing during this time (may 2026) the location is fantastic as well as the facilities of the hotel, size of room, in room facilities. Also there are lots of cafes and eateries around (embassy bakery, Krishna bakery, lots of dhaba, restaurants). If you can afford the budget it's good value for money

Hotel price is too high no worth to stay bcoz not much cleanliness and lots of insect inside the bathroom and window is not working so it was open full night so feeling so cold in the room.
