Snow Valley Heights is one of the best hotels in Shimla, as per our experience.They provide the best room and the view of the Shimla valley is absolutely stunning ’ definitely the highlight of the stay.The staff, especially the reception team, was excellent: polite, helpful, and professional. Central heating is available, which is great during winters.Food was amazing and their breakfast buffet was decent in quality but lacked taste.Hotel is located at a distance from Mall Road, so having your own vehicle or a taxi is necessary.Overall, great views, excellent staff, and comfortable rooms ’ has room for improvement in food consistency and the monkey situation.

We had an amazing stay Snow Valley heights, Shimla. The room was a bit small. The door of the bathing area in the bathroom was missing. But the view from our balcony was beautiful. The staff made sure we had a comfortable stay there. The service was quick and upto the mark. The food is delicious. The breakfast and dinner spread was awesome. It had variety, was different every day, and above all, every food item in buffet was scrumptious. They even served us what was not there in the buffet, when we asked for it. The staff is extremely courteous. Ours was a full paisa wasool stay. I would definitely recommend it!
