I recently reserved a two-night stay at 8 Fold Larisa via Agoda, which clearly included a room with twin beds and breakfast each day. Sadly, the experience turned out to be a disaster because of poor service and unprofessional staff handling. The problems I encountered included being downgraded to a lower room category with a single bed despite my confirmed booking, with Receptionist Tanisha and management refusing to acknowledge my rightful claim. Additionally, the breakfast that was part of my booking was denied. The main issue seems to come from the top, as Hotel Manager Yuvraj's conduct was very disappointing. He contradicted his words with actions and failed to fix a simple booking problem, showing no responsibility or basic hospitality standards. In conclusion, if 8 Fold Larisa keeps employing managers who treat guests so poorly, their reputation will suffer greatly. A hospitality brand's value depends on its dedication to guests, and currently, their promises mean nothing. I strongly advise against staying here until they improve their staff and honor bookings properly.

Outstanding hotel by Larisa. Everything scores a perfect 10 out of 10. The breakfast buffet by Larisa is the best. Rooms are very spacious. Gagandeep and Pranjal provide excellent service during dinner and breakfast buffet.

I stayed at Hotel La Ri Sa in Shimla for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience thanks to the delicious food and the attentive staff at Restaurant Khambir, especially chef Gagandeep and her team Priya and Prinjal, who were very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Shimla.

We enjoyed a lovely two-day stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, roomy, and well-kept, and the entire property was beautifully cared for. Positioned on a hillside curve, the hotel offers breathtaking valley views that enhanced our experience. It's a great option for families with kids due to its tranquil setting and family-friendly vibe. The breakfast could use some improvement; while many buffet items were tasty, a few lacked flavor. Ensuring consistent quality and taste across all breakfast dishes would enhance the meal. The staff were polite, helpful, and always willing to assist, making our stay pleasant and relaxing. Although the hotel is about 3 km from Mall Road, the serene environment, lovely views, excellent amenities, and warm service make the distance worthwhile. Overall, it's a fantastic property that I would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Shimla, especially families seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

The location is peaceful and the food is fairly good. Priya, Pranjal, and Soniya Rawat warmly welcomed us in the restaurant and provided excellent service.
