La Paradise Luxury - TIE Hotels & Resorts

Our family stayed at this place and had a very disappointing time. None of the three rooms we reserved had working air conditioning. The rooms, located on the ground floor, seemed poorly kept. The bathrooms emitted a strong bad odor and were not well cleaned or maintained. Both the rooms and the nearby area appeared messy, disorderly, and unhygienic. Additionally, the fans were malfunctioning, which made our stay very uncomfortable.

The house is tidy and the bedding is cozy. The service team, especially Sharadha and Bhavani, were very supportive and accommodating. The location is somewhat distant from central Pondy, so having your own transportation is recommended; otherwise, you might get overcharged for the trip back to the accommodation. Also, this hotel/apartment is directly opposite and at a right angle to some houses, which makes it seem somewhat out of place.

The hotel was tidy, well-kept, and ensured a cozy stay. The staff were welcoming and delivered great service during our entire visit. The rooms were large, clean, and had all essential facilities. The hotel is situated close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the coast. In general, we had a delightful and enjoyable time, and we would strongly suggest this hotel to others.
