La Sara Regent

We booked this hotel for vacation, they don’t provide parking facility. We need to park our vehicle at our own risk. Rooms and service is good but parking is essential for visitors who are coming from other states.

I used single bed accommodation.Reasonable price for all types of rooms, value for money. I got early checkin at reasonable price.Gives discount for walk in bookingRooms are clean,Breakfast is tastyStaff is very polite and professional

Hi I have visited many times to this hotel but the receptionist is not much helpful and better knowledgeable since we expect some kind of respect for customer but I have never seen here. I was trying this highlight this but I was thinking they are adults and management is matured they would see and fix this issue but it’s been years and months but no use.Today we have booked hotel in MakeMyTrip which was checkin at 12PM and was reached hotel at 11:36M which was nearly early something 30mins which we were sweated in this Traffice and we was made to wait at the reception till 12PM? Wow what kind of punctuality this hotel management as I have travelled many 4Stars and 5Stars and Even VIP rooms which was never treated me like this what would happen if we check in before 30mins ? Here for this even we could have logout earlier without telling us since how this hotel is so punctuality we are more then that !, this guys did not even inform was that I was been waited ! I was thinking they may checking the hotel or cleaning something but exactly at 11:59 exactly the reception called and asked me for the ID proofs and gave me the check In Cards. ?I hope this will be last checkin here so and thank for the wonderful service and maintaining too much punctuality.

Their behavior was great, and everyone I interacted with was exceptionally polite and courteous. This level of service made a significant positive difference.’? Areas for Improvement (Practical Issues)Room Size & Congestion: The most notable issue was the extremely small and congested room. There was practically no free space to move once luggage was placed.Amenities: Several basic amenities were missing, including a comb, hair oil, shaving kit, and dental kit. I strongly recommend the hotel provides these essentials.Connectivity: Wi-Fi was unfortunately not available, which is a major drawback for business or leisure travelers.Location: While Koramangala is a good area, the hotel's placement is deep inside the block and not easily accessible from the main highway, as one might expect.Breakfast & Water: The complimentary breakfast had a very limited selection, focusing almost entirely on South Indian items, which offers no variety for guests from other states. The provision of only RO water was also a minor point of concern.Cleanliness: Overall cleanliness was just average.Summary: The hotel is redeemed by its fantastic, polite staff. However, the cramped rooms and lack of essential amenities and Wi-Fi need urgent attention to justify a higher rating.
