The palace takes you back to history and feel of staying in palace is amazing. You feel like you are also a part of that historic era. Great place, words are not enough to express the feel, one must visit to expirence the feel.

It is, a once was. Beautiful old building, fading away. Good location if you want to be out of town and easily accessible. Some staff are excellent, and some???

The location and surroundings of this property are absolutely breathtaking, and the heritage building has so much charm and character. It has the potential to offer a truly memorable stay.Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the standard of maintenance and cleanliness. The heritage building itself appears to need more care, and the cleanliness of both the bedroom and bathroom fell well below my expectations.On a positive note, the kitchen, food, and dining service were excellent. Every meal we had was enjoyable, and the dining staff should be commended for the quality of the food and service they provided.The greatest disappointment, however, was the concierge and customer service. As an overseas visitor, I became unwell during my stay and asked for advice on where to obtain medication. In my experience travelling, hotel staff will often assist by calling nearby pharmacies to find one that has the required medication and direct guests accordingly. Instead, I received very little assistance and spent the evening travelling from one pharmacy to another, asking strangers for directions in search of the medication I needed. At a time when I was feeling unwell in an unfamiliar place, I had hoped for a more helpful and compassionate response.This property is in a spectacular location with excellent dining, but improvements to the maintenance, cleanliness, and guest services would make a significant difference to the overall experience.
