This is one of the worst hotels in the city and was a very disappointing experience. The property is extremely poorly maintained, with a complete lack of cleanliness and hygiene standards. The room was dirty and infested with cockroaches, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unpleasant.The bathrooms were in terrible condition, poorly cleaned, and appeared neglected for a long time. Basic maintenance seemed to be completely ignored throughout the hotel. The overall environment was unhygienic and far below acceptable standards for guests.I would strongly advise families and anyone looking for a comfortable stay to avoid this hotel. It is not suitable for family accommodation and does not provide the basic level of cleanliness, comfort, or service that guests expect.
All good no problem safe for family
There was no Hot water,TV was not working. Room was not cleaned. AC was not working.really fed up . Please don't ever refer this type of hotel.Loosing trust over Agoda.
