Had a wonderful stay at Preethi International, Mysore. The hotel is easy to locate and is in a convenient location. The staff are courteous, friendly, and always willing to help.The buffet breakfast was simply superb, with a good variety of delicious dishes.A special thanks to Ms. Kausar from the Front Office for her exceptional hospitality. She was extremely kind, polite, and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile and making us feel valued throughout our stay.The hotel also offers ample parking space, which is a great convenience for guests traveling by car.Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent service and warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mysore.

This was easily one of the worst hotel stays we've experienced. The room had numerous maintenance problems, and the management's reaction was totally unacceptable. Here's what went wrong: The bathroom exhaust fan was broken, causing poor ventilation and a persistent bad smell. Additionally, the toilet lid was broken and the flush stopped working, remaining broken until we left. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night, making the room unbearably hot. When we asked for help, the staff refused to fix it and said no other rooms were available. After escalating, a technician came and made a temporary repair, but the AC failed again after midnight, leaving us uncomfortable with no further assistance. The breakfast was very disappointing, with only the chutney being decent. The worst part was the manager's attitude; when we complained, he went silent with no apology or effort to resolve the issues, showing a complete lack of hospitality and professionalism. The only positive was the security guard, who was very helpful and polite. Overall, avoid this hotel as the management clearly does not care about guests.

Strongly recommend this place, located near the palace and zoo. The food and service were excellent.
