I had a great experience staying at Preethi International in Mysore. The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located. The staff are polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide range of tasty options. Special thanks to Ms. Kausar from the Front Office for her outstanding hospitality; she was very kind, courteous, and welcoming, always smiling and making us feel appreciated during our visit. The hotel also provides plenty of parking space, which is very convenient for guests with cars. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great service and warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mysore.

Terrible Stay Experience

This was easily one of the worst hotel stays we've experienced. The room had numerous maintenance problems, and the management's reaction was totally unacceptable. Here's what went wrong: The bathroom exhaust fan was broken, causing poor ventilation and a persistent bad smell. Additionally, the toilet lid was broken and the flush stopped working, remaining broken until we left. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night, making the room unbearably hot. When we asked for help, the staff refused to fix it and said no other rooms were available. After escalating, a technician came and made a temporary repair, but the AC failed again after midnight, leaving us uncomfortable with no further assistance. The breakfast was very disappointing, with only the chutney being decent. The worst part was the manager's attitude; when we complained, he went silent with no apology or effort to resolve the issues, showing a complete lack of hospitality and professionalism. The only positive was the security guard, who was very helpful and polite. Overall, avoid this hotel as the management clearly does not care about guests.
