The place was not clean, and the staff did not appear to be properly trained. The restaurant was untidy, and the A/C malfunctioned for several hours through the night. The toaster looked as though it had not been cleaned in ages, and the poori had an unpleasant insect-like smell. The only redeeming aspect was the size of the room.
