Le Coffee Resort

I had a fantastic time at Le Coffee Resort! The whole place was spotless and very well run. The staff were super friendly and did everything they could to ensure I was comfortable. I definitely recommend it!

I would give my stay at Lee Coffee Resort a 1 out of 5 stars. Sadly, several aspects of my visit were disappointing. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and barely functional throughout our stay. The food was another big letdown, with the buffet offering very few choices, mostly made from maida (refined flour). The food combinations seemed odd, and the taste was bland overall. On our first night, even the dinner portions felt too small. We stayed in what the resort calls an “Executive Room.” Although the room size was okay, essential amenities like an iron and hair dryer were missing. The room also showed poor upkeep, with stains on the walls and hair on the bedding, which made me question cleanliness. The bathroom had several problems: both the tap and faucet leaked, and the floor tiles were slippery. I slipped multiple times, which is a safety issue that management needs to fix right away. The indoor games room offers chess, carrom, and table tennis, but the equipment is in bad shape. The carrom board is old and uneven, making it hard to play, and the table tennis paddle was broken. The resort has a swimming pool, but we couldn’t use it due to cold weather. The restaurant lacked atmosphere and did not create a pleasant dining experience. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay. Given the service quality, maintenance problems, food issues, and lack of guest comfort, I cannot recommend this resort. My experience did not meet the expectations set by the property.

Staying here was a wonderful experience, with well-maintained facilities and very helpful staff.

The rooms and premises were very clean, the staff was very cooperative, and the service was quick. We left behind a small piece of luggage, and the staff sent it to us by courier, which we truly appreciated.

Our stay at this resort was fantastic. The rooms were tidy, cozy, and well kept. The staff, particularly Sachin, were warm, attentive, and eager to assist. The setting was stunning, and the amenities were top-notch. We truly appreciated the calm environment. In general, it was a soothing and unforgettable visit, and we would gladly return. Strongly recommended!
