As a frequent guest at Lemon Tree hotels, my recent experience at Lemon Tree Hotel Shri Ganganagar was very disappointing due to the food service. I waited nearly an hour for my meal, but the wrong dish was served, and I never got the meal I originally ordered. This falls well short of the quality I've come to expect from Lemon Tree. I hope management addresses the issues in their kitchen and service coordination, as it currently harms the brand's reputation. I will not be recommending this hotel for its food to anyone.
