Hotel rooms were good but room service from kitchen was really bad. Response level was always late and food served was allmost 30 to 40 minutes for even High tea. I found helpers in hotel very small age may around 15 to 17 age children's working here

We stayed here for 4 Days. The Manager Mr.Deepak Yadav & his assistant Mr.Naveen cooperated and honoured us in every aspect throughout the stay. Thanks to them for their hospitality. The other junior staff was also good and helpful. The room conditions need to be modified/repaired.Overall good experience and may be preferred for the stay in future.

The photos are probably taken on day 1 of the hotel opening.The place has run down badly, staff is not trained, extremely poor hygiene.The doors dont lock from inside so it is a security risk .The walls have staines, wall paper is coming out , sheets were smelling and the balcony is covered in pigeon shit.The food at buffet feels stale and always runs out despite of so little guests.We had booked as it was close to expo mart and got stuck as we paid advance for 3 nights.We ended up spending only few hours at hotel just to sleep and take shower.** Not for women travellers at all**

’ 1/5 ’ Pathetic Service and Zero AccountabilityI booked this room through Cleartrip, which clearly mentioned a balcony room with a double bed. On reaching the hotel, I was told my booking was for a twin bed instead. I’m not sure who is at fault here, but as a guest, I shouldn’t be made to deal with this confusion.The worst part was the complete lack of water in the washroom. The hotel staff said their motor pump had a problem. If basic facilities like water are not available, why charge the full amount?I had to catch my flight, booked a cab, and left the hotel without even being able to freshen up. This is not the kind of service anyone expects, especially after a confirmed booking.Truly a disappointing and frustrating experience. I have never come across such poor service in any hotel before. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Over priced room during the Indusfood. Very poor rooms and service. Lack of staff and facility.Tv and remote didn't work. Restaurant delay in preparing food over an hour. Staff layed back. Don't even clean the rooms properly. Fans were so dirty.Unless u have no option and have to pay rs 2500 for this place then ok to just sleep for the night.Very near location to Indusfood venue.
