Generally pleasant. The swimming pool is currently being repaired.

If you come here by car good place to stay and enjoy but if you come to this place vow bus or rental car. ( Specially for darshan of vrindavan, mathura, gokul) You will find auto from out of the resort on main road. And if you ask at reception they will also arrange some car for you but it might be costly.

This is a good place to stay and enjoy if you arrive by car. However, if you come by bus or rental car, especially for visiting Vrindavan, Mathura, or Gokul, you can find autos outside the resort on the main road. The reception can also arrange a car for you, but it may be expensive.

Nice place to stay

I fail to understand the good reviews. I booked this resort coz of 1100 reviews and it was a mistake.The photos don't tell the real story. Nothing to like.Everything. From staff to location. It's Not a resort for living. It is more of a wedding palace. Resorts are different as they have well maintained lush greens. But this property doesn't have that. Rather there are dogs and monkeys walking in the green area. Grass is not trimmed properly. Then the golf cart is parked right next to the garbage that lies openly, with monkeys lying next to it.There was a BEEHIVE just outside my room’s alleyway window & the bees were lying dead on the floor right outside my room.My towel had a hole in it. Water failed to pass through the drain. Service was super slow. There were only two guys at the restaurant, despite that our order took 45 minutes to arrive. Staff comprises all men, who are not properly dressed.One of the housekeeping guys had his T-shirt torn.I refused cleaning as I and my mother and I did not feel comfortable. Gym was shut as they said the equipment was broken. Only having men and no woman, could look intimidating to a girl. Power-cut is a normal thing though it happens for only a few seconds but at least 20 times in a 2 day stay. I am not going back.
