Average. Went for a weekend getaway but unfortunately, the place was dull, boring and disappointing. Disappointing because they have claimed lot of activities and fun things on their website/display ads/travel booking sites but they lack majority of them. They had huge lush green infrastructure but u have to figure out your own options for fun. No playing area for kids, no toys, no gaming zone, no swimming pool, no disc, no music, no entertainment. Carry your own stuff if u want some activities. What they claim is opposite to what physically exists there.Service is slow (needs follow-ups)Internet, tv not workingFood is an aspect which has passed the test 100%. Good tasty food.The huts area is beautiful but too distant from the main building & reception. Overall not worth for money.

Extremely disappointing experience staying here. Aesthetically it is a 3-star hotel, but the staff and management can't be bothered to provide basic livable conditions to their guests. The rooms have no hot water in the shower (good luck bathing with 15�� water), the toilet flush didn't work for the entire duration of our stay, and our requests to fix basic issues were simply ignored by the staff. The rooms are underequipped and don't have half the facilities mentioned online. The menu is vastly limited, and the flatware kept for the buffet breakfast had grime on it and was clearly unwashed. This hotel is on its way down from the way things are going.

On the outside, it looks great and the photos are apt. But once you reach, it's a whole other nightmare. Buffet area is not sanitized properly. Severely understaffed, and bad facilities. No phones in the room, no milk powder for tea, no hot water. Every time you go to the reception they will make false promises and not help you out. Do not go just because it is cheap, it's not worth it.

The property is average however the location and surroundings were really amazing... the swimming pool has got views of mountains and it forms the perfect backdrop for a perfect vacation. We really enjoyed as we went in July during rainy season when everything was green..so was an absolute bliss :)

This resort turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Newly constructed and owner have paid attention to preserving the nature and making sure of the environment friendly place. Cottages are well constructed and spacious, food is great. One can enjoy both adventure and sporting activity.If you agree please like my review.
