It was a workcation for me , I and my wife wated some we time and came across this beautiful property . It was full of relaxation and chilling .

The property is beautifully maintained with a premium ambiance and top-class facilities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making the stay pleasant overall.However, the dining experience needs improvement. While there is a good variety of food available, the taste is average and not up to market standards. Additionally, the service is quite slow’whether during breakfast or dinner, the waiting time for food can be nearly an hour.The hotel has great potential, but significant improvement is required in food quality and service efficiency.

Food quality was excellent with a good variety of options.Overall, a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jharsuguda for business or leisure.

The food was delicious and well-prepared, and room dining service was prompt. Housekeeping was extremely helpful, and the staff was polite and courteous throughout our stay.The Greenhouse area was amazing, and the Shiv Temple added a peaceful, soulful touch. The soft mantras playing in the background created a calm and spiritual atmosphere, which we really appreciated.A small area of improvement would be the lift facility’one single lift was not sufficient, especially during peak hours. Also, the room view was partially blocked by trees; some planning there could enhance the experience further.Special thanks to Mr. Kumar Keshav (AGM ’ Sales & Marketing) for personally looking into our bookings and ensuring a smooth and comfortable staycation.Overall, a lovely resort with great hospitality. Would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again.

We stayed at the Mayfair Resort for a couple of days for a friends wedding. The resort is in top notch condition, well maintained. The pool and gazeebo area are nice places to hangout with your friends. We also used the game zone and played Table Tennis and Billiards . The staff were well trained and friendly, special thanks to Ramesh Bahla, the housekeeping staff, for making our stay wonderful, he went the extra mile and got us few things from outside the resorr, which were not available at the resort. I would definitely recommend it for a small staycation.
