Great location right on the seashore, with easy access to the beach. If you get a sea-facing room, the view of the waves is beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The staff was courteous, helpful, and cooperative throughout.However, the property does feel a bit old and could use some modernization. The rooms had issues with lizards, insects, and spiders, which the management should address more seriously. Parking space is available and sufficient, but since the slots are stacked, it requires coordination between guests to manage vehicles smoothly.

The hotel is perfectly situated right by the sea, offering easy beach access. A room facing the ocean provides stunning wave views, which is definitely a memorable part of the visit. There were problems with lizards, bugs, and spiders in the rooms that management needs to handle more effectively. A great spot to stay close to the beach. The food, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, is tasty. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Had a wonderful stay at Mermaid Beach Resort. The sea view is absolutely stunning and makes the whole experience so relaxing. The food was delicious with a good variety to enjoy.What truly made the stay special was the staff, extremely cooperative, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks to the entire team for making our visit so comfortable and memorable.
