I would definitely not recommend this place!

Confirmed booking denied at check-inI had a valid and confirmed reservation for this property, but upon reaching the hotel on the check-in date, I was informed that no rooms were available and the hotel was already full.Despite showing my confirmed booking, the staff refused accommodation and blamed the issue on the booking platform/overbooking. There was no attempt to resolve the situation, no alternate arrangement, and no responsibility taken by the property.This caused serious inconvenience and mental stress, especially since I had to find another hotel at the last minute and pay a much higher price due to peak demand.Accepting bookings without ensuring availability is extremely irresponsible and unfair to guests. I would strongly caution travelers against relying on this property if you don’t want your plans disrupted at the last moment.Very poor experience.

We stayed as a couple in December 2025 for 2 nights and had the worst horrible staying experience ever in our life.On The day we checked in about?? at 1 pm?? at that day at 7 or 8 pm water was not coming in bathroom and I they started a motor then water came to tape following which I asked whether hot water will come or not then one of the staff said the geyser is not working but after talking to owner she replied there was no geyser at all in their resort but the worst part is yet to come next morning we were planning to go somewhere early morning around 6 am so?? we got up at 5 am and checked the tap and there was no water coming in any tap so, no water to bath or to go to latrine and no toilet paper was there also note that point as well. And no staff was there to attend?? the guest up to 8 am in the morning. So we used the drinking water which we had to go for latrine and not bathed and went for our planned journey at 6:15 am.I told this all to the owner but she's also not supportive in nature and don't know how to talk to a customer ’’.Owner was telling me that I was making stories and she will verify cctvs for the morning mentioned period so I said yes why not you can see all that I was telling the only truth. so inspite of giving refund for her mistakes at providing customer services she was blaming us for her faults.1. No staff or attendant was there at front desk 24 hours as mentioned on Agoda page2. No daily housekeeping3. No room service4. There were cockroaches ’’ roaming around in the room we find 2 small and 1 large one during our stay5. The drain strainer in the bathroom was broken and open which allows deadly insects to enter from sewer line which alarms continuous fear of deadly insects infiltration to the room via bathroom and cause a safety hazard for a customer living there6. Bad smell comes all day in the room7. Initially The lock ’’ was provided which was so weak that even a small child can pull it off and broke it and after complaint that was upgraded with the same category lock but of minor bigger sizeThe same resort have many same type of bad reviews on Google reviews and Other booking platforms including AGODA platform so I'm not lying as the same terrible horrifying experiences has already been felt and reviewed by so many previous customers that also you can check.
