Guest as saying

I booked a sea facing room. The room had a very nice view but that's where the story ended. Every thing else was below par. The room was no where near luxury. The ceiling was coming off. The bathroom was dingy and my was basin tap was all dangling in the air. The over all feel of the hotel is one star. If you are a luxury and a well informed traveller then this hotel is definitely not for you.

Terrible Stay Experience

2.0

This is the worst place I've ever stayed at. They are dishonest. We stayed for 5 nights and were only given a 500ml water bottle per person. We paid extra for an additional person but no extra bedding was provided. The towels were dirty, and no amenities like handwash, shaving kit, or brush were given despite the high charges. There was no dryer at this seaside resort. The bathroom smelled bad, the bin was broken, towels had yellow stains, and cushions were moldy. The bathroom drainage was clogged, hot water was inadequate, and they provided tiny shampoo sachets and soap for a 4500 per night stay. The worst part was that after giving our room key for service, our suitcase was unlocked and relocked with a different password when we returned. There was no privacy; another family had to break open the suitcase to help. They promised to show CCTV footage but showed careless attitude. The reception staff were useless. This place is terrible for special occasions. We booked based on old photos. If you want to waste money, go here. We faced many issues during our 5-6 day stay and had to call them at night for cleaning because it was unsafe to leave keys with them. No wifi except in reception, which they lied about. Very cheap place with cheap staff.
