Disappointing stay – Room did not match the photosI booked this property mainly because of the photos shown on Agoda. Unfortunately, the actual room did not match what I expected from the photos.The room was not properly maintained, with paint peeling from the walls, and the overall condition was disappointing. There was also very poor sound insulation, with noise from other rooms clearly audible. This affected privacy and comfort.I paid 2,900 for one night. When I informed the owner about the room condition, I was told that “for 2,900 this is enough” and that I should book a 6,000 room if I wanted a better room. I found this response very disappointing.I am not expecting a luxury room for 2,900, but I do expect basic maintenance and the room to reasonably match the photos shown on Agoda.The food was good, but overall I was disappointed with the room and the way my concerns were handled.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The location is excellent, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. The resort is spacious, well-maintained, and provides all the essential facilities needed for a comfortable stay.The service was very good, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. A special thanks to CTOTTU for his kind, attentive, and excellent service, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was the food. Since we are from Karnataka, it took us a little time to adjust to the local cuisine. However, this is purely a matter of personal taste and did not affect our overall experience.Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful views, great hospitality, and a relaxing environment.THANK YOU TEAM "MOUNT VELLY"
