We had our anniversary trip planned in Mount Xanadu for 2 nights. Trust me, This was the best stay we ever had!!! Right from booking till check out the entire process was amazing’I have been to many stays in India and outside India. I can strongly say this was the greatest hospitality I have ever experienced. The staff in Mount Xanadu were very welcoming and friendly. Made sure all our needs were fulfilled. They have highly professional staff for each and every thing..I had also planned a surprise Candle light dinner for my Wife, They arranged everything very well and made sure the surprise was not revealed. They call for every single thing that not to be missed. I stayed 1N in Eden Room, 1N in Glamping. Both the rooms were so beautifully maintained. Imagine having Tea and snacks 3500 ft above the sea level’You must experience it ’’ You have everything inside the property, Live music during dinner time. What an Amazing talent He has’We also had full body spa’The staff was professional and explained every detail’The ambience was truly incredible especially the plants’If you’re a plant lover, You will absolutely love it’Overall IT WAS A MEMORABLE STAY!!! KEEP UP THE BEST THING’

"Perfect Family Getaway: Domes, Jacuzzi & Outdoor Sports Bliss"Stayed at Mount Xanadu recently with family and had an amazing experience overall. The resort is beautiful, peaceful and perfect for both kids and senior citizens.The staff are extremely polite, helpful and always available with a smile, which made the stay feel very warm and welcoming.Food was delicious with good variety, and it suited both kids and elders in our family really well. The overall ambience of the resort is calm and scenic, with lots of greenery and well-maintained spaces to just walk around and relax.We stayed for three nights ’ two nights in the dome stay and one night in the royal suite, and both were awesome in their own way. The dome stay was a unique experience, especially with the hammock inside which gave a surreal, close-to-nature feel.The royal suite was spacious, comfortable and luxurious, and the kids particularly loved the Jacuzzi at night ’ it became their favourite part of the stay.Some memorable highlights were the rooftop garden viewpoint, the high tea with a stunning view, and the 5:30 am trek inside the resort which felt refreshing.Another big plus was the outdoor turf where we could all play football, cricket and basketball together as a family, which made the evenings really fun and active.Overall, spent the holiday very well here and didn’t really feel the need to go out much as everything for a perfect break was inside the resort itself.One small takeaway for future guests: the dome stay is noticeably colder than the regular rooms, especially at night. If you are travelling with senior citizens or anyone who cannot tolerate cold weather, it is better to consider other room types like the suites for their comfort.Apart from that, Mount Xanadu is highly recommended for a peaceful, family-friendly holiday with great hospitality, food and views.

Mount Xanadu should be the definition of a perfect place to stay. The rooms were in a perfect mint condition as if it was just built yesterday. Not a pinch of dust was visible in any corner of the room. After checking-into the room, the staff with genuine care, made sure that everyone was comfortable.The house-keeping staff was also very quick and responsive to any demands that we made.The entire property is located in and around the natural beauty of Wayanad. There are various breathtaking viewpoints around the hotel. Also, almost all the rooms have a great view of the surrounding mountains and lakes from the window/balcony. The property is so beautiful and clean that it could give places like Switzerland a very tough competition!Talking about food, the buffet dinner and breakfast were great. Everyday each time I had dinner/breakfast, the manager of the restaurant enquired and personally made sure that the food was delicious and warmly available. He always made it a point to ask about any missing guests, showing his genuine caring attitude.While checking out of the hotel, the manager, the buggy drivers and the front reception staff personally came out to see us off. This gesture really touched me and my family.I will definitely visit Mount Xanadu again in future. Also, I would recommend everyone who is visiting Wayanad to stay here. The memories you make here, will definitely stay with you for a long time!

You may stay in many hotels but only some hotels stay with you. Mount Xanadu is truly the latter.The property itself is something out of a storybook with the rooms having a ton of character in themselves and are second only to the lush green vista that welcomes you when you open your curtains.The staff is also extremely hospitable and their enthusiasm towards making your stay memorable begins even before you check in and only continues from there on. Special mention to the travel desk and Mr. Jinil who went above and beyond to make sure we made the most out of our excursions, both around and within the hotel (yes, there’s an excursion within the hotel premises!).The restaurant also mirrors the sweetness that’s a signature of the Mount Xanadu experience (on a lighter note, so much so that some may find the food to be a bit too sweet ’’)Overall, Mount Xanadu is probably one of the most unique hotel experiences you can have not just in India but across the world. Would definitely recommend for people looking for a luxury getaway that is an experience in itself.
