Firstly I will start with Pros:- Location, this property sits in an Island shaped hill by making the view mesmerizing.- FOOD, I would say after visiting 5-6 times to different stays in Wayanad/Keralam, the best food I had here, everything was nice and tasty.- Though facilities are limited, whatever was there it was maintained well, especially Swimming pool.Cons:- ROOMs, we stayed in Premium view cottage but, the quality and ambiance was semi-ordinary, it was like regular hotel room. - The keys to the room was not even automated, it was a manual lock.- scarcity of Staffs, you dont get may staffs for your assistance, example at swimming pool, there is no towell station and you need to goto reception to request for it.- Gym facility looks like it is in ICU, all instruments are either broken or not functioning at all.- We missed many activities like pottery due to unavailability of staffs.All these can be improved to make the stay more promising.I would like to visit this place again if they improve on above listed suggestion.
No internet, and none of the switches in the room were working. When we contacted the help desk, the staff were not helpful at all. We were simply told that the internet was working on the ground floor, which makes absolutely no sense when we were assigned a room on the second floor and needed internet there.Due to the lack of basic facilities and support, we had no choice but to check out early. The property and location are really nice, but unfortunately, the service and staff support were extremely disappointing. For the price they charge, the experience is definitely not worth it. The property needs better-trained and more responsive staff to handle guest concerns.
