Excellent services, great location, and a wonderful stay overall. Shivam from the restaurant staff stands out as the best in the resort, always smiling and very attentive. This is a must-visit place for anyone wanting the best valley views.

The resort is an excellent spot for relaxing and enjoying time with others, but there aren't any significant attractions nearby. Also, the management doesn't provide any activities or entertainment for visitors. I believe the management should consider the convenience of their guests.

We arrived as a group of 10 people which included a couple which were 70 years old and a couple of children aged 12 years old. Reached here in the middle of nowhere and with no proper access road in the hot summer afternoon. Moment we reached the reception, rather than welcoming us or asking us about our luggage or even offering us a glass of water, the group of men seating at the reception were only interested in making us pay the rest of our booking amount. Mind you inspite of free booking, the hotel forced us to cough up 50% of the booking in advance, pending which they threatened to cancel our reservation. The food was very costly for its quality and taste. Rooms were average and the biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. The mountain view rooms for which they charge extra is a scam. It appears that the property has been leased out to someone on rent and the person who has leased just wants to make a quick buck rather than making a good name for his business.

Very bad service in the rooms. There was no water available and no electricity. The food quality was very poor. There were spiders moving around in the room. We had a very bad experience during our stay.

it was very nasty place to stay. I never imagined to have such worst property on the such hugely overcharged price of Rs ***/-per night. There was no proper water, electricity facilities, I had to keep complaining receptionist for these facilities . The receptionist also not responding promptly. The Swimming pool was just for nominal to fool the guest. Insects were floating there, water seem to not changed for months and water was so hot that you will not like to stay in pool for minutes. Now come to key thing of any stay. i,e Food. The food was not up to the mark but the Breakfast which was included in stay was of very low quality. So overall it was very pathetic experience to stay there and will not suggest any one to stay there.
