Disappointing Resort Stay

The location and sea view are excellent. However, the rooms are poorly maintained with no amenities like shower gel provided. Cleanliness is minimal. The bed is uncomfortable and the air conditioning is very weak. The kitchen closes at 10, limiting food options. The dining area at night is very unhygienic due to insects crawling around. Prices are high and not justified. The place feels unsafe as there is no staff or security guard at night or even in the mornings. They are unaccommodating and inflexible with requests. Overall, the stay at this resort was very disappointing and negatively affected the trip.
