Four Points by Sheraton Nashik

I travelled with my family (Wife and Parents). The service was excellent from the time we stepped into the hotel.Infact a day before the stay I connected with Mr.Sarvesh regarding my rooms. He was very helpful from the first call and provide all the information I needed; also assisted with early check in request I had madeThe rooms were very clean; food was excellent. We were directly visited by the housekeeping manager Mr.Narendra Bisht on our request to clean the room and when we returned from our visit to other places we were welcomed with a surprise plate of cookies and a handwritten note from Mr.Narendra.I cannot miss mentioning the food. It was just outstanding. Whatever we tried was delicious; especially the sunehri prawns, Goan fish curry, surmai curry, desserts, tea cakes. We couldn’t try everything but everything on the menu was excellentThe staff at the restaurant and room service is very helpful and quick. The best part is the service was very fast even being a weekend.All the staff is very helpful and professional;Mr.Omar at the front desk. He personally came to the restaurant to hand over the keys while our rooms were getting readyMr. Rahul, Mr. Pritam, Mr.Krishna. Mr.Vaibhav and the entire restaurant and room service staff were very professional and helpfulMr.Narendra and his housekeeping team took care of everything we needed and also have is a surpriseMy entire family was very happy and delighted with the visit. We are definitely going to come back again just for the service we receivedAlso, an honest feedback we have stayed in quite a few hotels in India and abroad but the service was top notch and of international standard.Please ensure we get the same experience the next time we visit

The room was nice in terms of cooling, amenities and cleanliness. The breakfast and dinner spread were substantial and tasty. The staff was courteous and professional. Overall Mariott group hotels seldom falter on their service.
