Pleasant location.

The single rooms are cramped and no value for money. It is 2yr old Beyond sula property newly developed but not the same as what suites offer . in terms of luxury or prwmium it is not the same as villas at all. This is new property under affordable category but the charges don’t justify the expectations

Wonderful stay! Beautiful scenery and very welcoming staff.

We spent 3 days at the 3BHK Water Villa at Beyond by Sula with my parents, two children, and our two dogs, and it truly was one of our best family vacations. The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Special thanks to Mayur from F&B, Siddhant, Vishnu, Chef Milan, and the entire housekeeping crew. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. On our first night around 9 pm, my 11-month-old got injured. The staff promptly brought a first aid kit and even accompanied us to the hospital. Luckily, it was nothing serious, but their care meant a lot to us. The food was outstanding—fresh, homely, and perfectly seasoned. Chef Milan gladly prepared meals for our little one, like khichdi and upma, making traveling with a baby much easier. Mayur recommended some excellent wines, and every suggestion was perfect. We also had a small adventure when we lost a ring in the pool; the lifeguard patiently searched underwater until he found it, which was a huge relief. The location was ideal, allowing us to visit Trimbakeshwar about 45 minutes away and have our younger child's mundan ceremony there. Overall, it was a holiday where everything came together beautifully: stunning property, fantastic hospitality, delicious food, great wines, and a caring team. A perfect stay—we're eager to return!
