I recently stayed at Townhouse Godavari, Nashik for a business trip, and it was hands-down one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From communication failures to pathetic amenities and extremely rude staff, everything went wrong.#### 1. Zero Communication & Incorrect Location* **Unresponsive Staff:** Prior to my arrival, I called all 3 phone numbers listed for the hotel multiple times to inquire about early check-in. Not a single call was answered—they continuously cut my calls without returning them.* **Wrong Google Map Location:** The hotel location listed on maps is incorrect and has not been updated by management, causing unnecessary hassle and wasted time upon arrival in Nashik.#### 2. Extortionate Charges & Rude Behavior* **Unreasonable Early Check-In Fee:** When I arrived, the staff was extremely rude. Despite having vacant rooms available, they demanded an extra **35% of the total booking cost** just to let me check in early. Being in an urgent situation due to upcoming business meetings, I had no choice but to pay.#### 3. Terrible Room & Careless Service* **Pathetic First Impression:** They initially assigned me the worst room in the property. I left my luggage at reception with explicit instructions to move it safely once another room was ready.* **Lazy Staff:** Upon returning in the evening, my bags were still sitting unattended at reception with no staff in sight. I had to make multiple phone calls just to get someone to come out and give me my key.* **Unsanitary Room Conditions:** The room smelled foul and was infested with mosquitoes. To make matters worse, the toilet flush wasn't working, and there was no jet spray provided.#### 4. Scam Breakfast Service* **Delayed & Overpriced:** I paid an extra 300 for breakfast. When I went down at 8:30 AM, the kitchen wasn't even open.* **Subpar Food:** At 9:00 AM, they served just Poha and Chai. Street vendors serve better quality for 50. Paying 300 for this was a complete waste of money.#### 5. Incompetent Billing & GST Issue* **Unprofessional Checkout:** At checkout, I specifically requested my corporate GST details to be added to the official bill. The staff showed complete ignorance and zero understanding of standard billing procedures, handing me a handmade calculation and a printout of my Agoda voucher instead of a proper GST invoice.---### Final Verdict:This hotel is managed by unprofessional, lazy, and money-minded staff who have zero respect for guests or business travelers. Do not waste your money here!
I booked room of 350 meter squares and they gave me room which is less than 100 meter squares and when I asked for the bigger room they asked me extra 3000 rupees
