I recently stayed at O Nashik Road near Nashik Railway Station and was very disappointed. I expected basic cleanliness, proper hospitality, and the facilities promised during booking, but the hotel did not meet these minimum standards. The staff were unprofessional and their attitude made my stay uncomfortable. I arrived around 9:45 AM after an early train journey but did not receive the expected service or support. The room was in poor condition: no complimentary water bottle, no towels, dirty bedsheets, a non-working TV, and an unclean bathroom. These basic amenities should have been ensured before check-in. Additionally, I was charged ₹250 for early check-in and another ₹150 labeled as "Other Charges" without any clear explanation. I did not dispute this at the time due to fatigue but remain unclear about the extra charge and have not received a satisfactory response from OYO. I urge OYO to investigate these charges and provide transparency, refunding any incorrect fees. Overall, this was one of my worst hotel experiences due to poor hygiene, unprofessional staff, and unexplained fees. I strongly advise OYO to address these issues so guests receive the basic comfort and service they pay for. I cannot recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

“The room shown to us was different from the room we were actually given. The washroom was also not satisfactory, the TV was not working, and no chair was provided. Unfortunately, the staff’s behaviour was also not professional. Kindly look into the matter and resolve these issues immediately.”
