I arrived at the hotel today hoping for an easy check-in, but my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff were rude and abruptly directed me to another hotel without any clear explanation. Communication was difficult because the staff member I spoke with had very limited English, and the receptionist was unhelpful in clarifying the situation. Both the receptionist and the male staff member need to learn how to treat guests with basic respect and professionalism. Instead of assisting me, they just turned me away, leaving me very frustrated after a long trip. This was a terrible start to my visit in Agra. I had to find another hotel nearby at the last minute. Additionally, the hotel did not seem to match the condition shown in the online photos. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Nice big rooms. Very good service. Manager and staff sab bahot helpful hein. Food is good and big portions. We originally booked for 3 days but stayed one week. Humme bahot accha laga yaha.

Extremely poor experience at Hotel Palace. The room was unhygienic, washroom window was broken, and cockroaches were present. Basic cleanliness standards were not maintained at all.There was no hot water even in winter, which caused serious inconvenience to senior citizens and children.The most shocking part was the manager’s behavior’he was rude, abusive, shouted at us, and forcefully asked us to leave the hotel. Later, he claimed he was acting as per the owner’s instructions. Such indecent and unprofessional behavior towards guests is completely unacceptable.The manager’s conduct and poor hygiene have completely ruined the goodwill of this hotel. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
