Hotel Haldi

This is a pathetic hotel I ever seen.1) No Hot Water - Although they promise you for 24X7; but it`s not available2) Room don`t even have wardrobe for keeping your stuffs3) No Hotel experience - They are actually in Lawn & Banquet business where customer come only for few hours just to change not to take rest, but since Hotel is giving it because it is vacant they are extorting money from customers.

Service was excellent, food was excellent, rooms were excellent, and the bathroom was excellent.

First time visiting and it was an incredible and memorable experience. The staff were truly excellent in their hospitality. The food was outstanding. Looking forward to coming back.

Generally a positive experience for a brief overnight stay, and I must mention the breakfast choices were good.

My stay at Hotel Haldi, Nashik was unsatisfactory. The reception staff did not meet expectations, and the check-in and customer support seemed disorganized. Cleanliness was also lacking, with some areas poorly maintained, which diminished the comfort and overall impression of the hotel. Although the hotel provides easy access, the experience did not align with the cost. From a SERVQUAL standpoint, there were clear shortcomings in responsiveness, reliability, and the physical aspects of service quality. The service level did not live up to the price, leading to a low perceived value for money.
