We had booked 2 rooms, the hotel was clean and warm, the staff was also polite and co-operative Also, we had a few issues in the room accomodated to us first, so the staff changed our rooms and was quite helpful throughout!
Very bad experience. We had already paid for the hotel, but when we reached around 11 p.m., they refused to let us check in. Instead, they showed us another very cheap and unacceptable place where people were drinking around the balcony and common areas, with a strong smell of alcohol. Completely unsuitable for families. The manager was also very rude and the service was extremely poor. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
