The room are shown different and alloted different than the images shown insects in the room on the bed the staff was worst i would prefer dharamshala than this room
There was a fire hazard at the hotel when the power went out and both the staircase and fire exit were locked, leaving us trapped for half an hour. The rooms were terrible: the flush didn't work, the washroom door wouldn't lock, the shower head fell during use, and there were frequent power cuts with no ventilation. The customer service was the worst, with the manager showing no manners and behaving rudely, including cursing. Ketan, the manager, argued that the staircase wasn't locked and no lift was stuck, which made no sense. Definitely avoid this place at all costs.
