It seemed to be a great resort, location is great, rooms are exceptional, staff is too polite and food tastes great. Pool facilities are also very good and a warm pool of jacuzzi is also nice to relax only point is you need to ask the staff to clean else lot of dead leaves.Valet parking, a zen garden and small play area for kids also with well maintained indoor games.Would suggest going on weekdays as the prices would be more affordable as compared to weekends.
This was my second time at Gateway Nashik with my family. Due to very good experience in our first trip, we decided we will go back here. Firstly during booking, I direct called, mailed, but the phones or mails went unanswered. Once when the phone was answered , they said only basic Supreme category rooms were available with twin single beds , whereas on other booking sites, multiple room types were available with queen/king beds, balconies etc.. We were booking 2 rooms , so had our preferences. I finally booked the room via Agoda, good enough deal. Their checkin time was 2 pm, we reached 3 pm , but still the rooms were not ready. We were not the only guests who were waiting in the lobby. Then they said, we cannot give you rooms on the same floor, whereas we were expecting rooms next to each other. After some discussions, they finally provided rooms opposite to each other. Then the swimming pool, our senior citizen family members were interested in the pool, and they were very excited, but the swimming costume rule. We were ready to purchase if they had any, but they only had actual swimming costumes and not basic tshirt, shorts, or leggings. We stay in India, where regular age females would not wear swimming costumes, here they are expecting senior citizens to wear the swimming costumes. We ordered from Blinkit and then enjoyed the pool, the staff was kind enough to help them and also provided Jacuzzi and steam experience. the rules should be considerate with Indian standards. rest stay and service was very quick and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.
Staff were very polite and cooperative specially the swimming trainer Mr.Pravin Chikhale and the staff in the dinning hall,they were very cooperative in make arrangements to our needs
