Jayshin Resorts

Jai Shri Krishna. We have no personal issues or disagreements with you. Our only expectation is that the service should match the amount we pay.Our responsibility was to give you honest feedback. Whether you choose to improve your service or not is entirely your decision. We are travelers. We may never visit this place again. However, a single negative review can affect the livelihood of many people working here. That is why we chose to share our concerns with you directly before posting a public review. On a personal level, I found every member of your team to be polite and well-intentioned. The problem is not the people, it is the lack of training and customer-focused management. Your team needs training in hospitality and customer delight, with the mindset that "Customer is God."I would also request the management to think about the long-term impact. If guests continue to receive this level of service, they will stop coming. Fewer guests mean lower business, which ultimately affects the jobs and livelihoods of many hardworking employees.I sincerely hope you accept this feedback positively and use it as an opportunity to improve.Thank you.Jai Shri Krishna.
