Staff was very rude and non cooperative. Rooms were not upto standard. A/c and tv were not working staff and staff never bothered to repair after multiple time calling him

Staff is very rudeNo cleanlinessThey often have issue to permit checkin, the hotel staff demands extra payment to checkin , either you have made full payments. Also the owner never give any solution as he/she never visit the hotel & two young guy staff are very very arrogant & idiot.They charged me 6000/- as extra payment while I already booked 2 triple axcel rooms for me n my senior citizen mother.Also the rooms very very bad , small & smelling very bad, washroom were very dirty & unhygienic.Only couple were staying there for 2 hours / 3 hours / half day ..Very much illegal couples were visiting there & the staff were allowing them by taking cash from them.Overall I will give 00 out of 10.
