Terrible Stay Experience

My stay at this place was awful because of poor hygiene and very unprofessional staff. The toilet was dirty, not cleaned properly, and smelled bad. On top of that, the bedsheets were filthy and not washed. When I told the property manager about the cleanliness problems, he ignored my complaints and was very rude, saying, "If you want something better, go to a 5-star hotel." After I reported this to the booking site, a representative called the manager to check. The manager lied during the call, right in front of me, saying everything was clean and fine.
