Hotel Tulsi Inn

The room cleanliness at the hotel was excellent, especially considering its location near the temple exit. The staff were polite, and we stayed for one night. I would definitely suggest this place for families. Although there is no restaurant inside the hotel, you can find food at nearby eateries.

Definitely choose this place, it's the best and affordable option in Triambakeshar, close to the temple with a lift available, and the cleanliness is fairly good.

I booked this hotel via Make My Trip, but the manager refused to check us in, claiming no availability. However, he gave rooms to other guests offline at higher prices right in front of us. We waited for about three hours, pleading for a room, and despite seeing we had a child with us, he kept us waiting. He demanded an additional payment nearly equal to the booking amount personally to let us stay; otherwise, he wouldn't allow us in. He was very greedy. In fact, three other guests came complaining about poor service, and he behaved badly with a female guest late at night, which we overheard. When we left to find another hotel, he followed us, arguing and threatening consequences if we left or didn't pay extra for his hotel. Bystanders later told us he often uses such tactics and has been in police custody multiple times. Overall, it was a terrible experience. At a pilgrimage site, tourists are being exploited. No one should stay at this hotel, especially families.
