Unfortunately, my experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness standards were poor, and the staff service was not up to the expected level. Although the food was good, the overall experience was negatively affected by the lack of professionalism and hygiene.The most concerning issue was that someone entered my room without my permission or prior notification. This is a serious breach of privacy and reflects a lack of basic ethics and professionalism.Overall, I would not recommend this property. The management needs to seriously improve cleanliness, staff behaviour, guest privacy, and overall service standards. Very disappointing experience.
